What is the shipping time frame for orders from CARBONIQ USA?All in-stock orders from CARBONIQ USA typically ship within 1-2 business days. However, for made-to-order products, the shipping time frame is within 1-2 months. We prioritize the prompt shipment of in-stock items while acknowledging the longer lead time required for custom-made products. Can I request a refund?Yes, you may request a refund if the order was placed within 1 hour of ordering. Our system is linked directly with our manufacturing team and they get notified as soon as the order is placed. If the order was placed by accident, be sure to send us an email requesting cancellation within 1 hour of that time frame. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we strive to accommodate our customers in the best way possible. However, please note that after this 1-hour window, our products are made to order and we may not be able to process a refund. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing CARBONIQ USA.

What is the process for exchanging a product that arrived damaged during shipment from CARBONIQ USA?At CARBONIQ USA, we take the utmost care in shipping our products, especially items like hoods and fenders which are more susceptible to damage. If your product arrives damaged during shipment, we are more than happy to exchange it for you. When shipping hoods and fenders, we use freight services and we ask that you open the box with the driver present. If you notice any damage during this initial inspection, you can refuse the delivery and send it back with the driver. In the event that the damage is discovered after the delivery has been accepted, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for an exchange. We prioritize customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.
